General Requirements

All pets must be healthy and free of any contagious illnesses. If your pet is exhibiting any symptoms that may infect our other guests, please do not bring your pet to us. All pets must have proof of current vaccinations You must submit them prior or time of arrival Puppies/kittens must be 16 weeks of age to board and have had all 3 sets of puppy/kitten vaccinations. Please keep your pet on a leash or in a crate at all times while entering or exiting the building

Vaccinations:

For health and safety, any dogs who participate in daycare and contact with other dogs need to be fully vaccinated and a copy of vaccinations presented as proof upon the first drop off. Dogs are required to have received their:

• DAPP (Distemper, Adenovirus, Parainfluenza, and Parvovirus)
• They must also have the bordetella vaccination for kennel cough which must be administered at least 7 days prior to boarding. Please provide proof of vaccination.
• We recommend every dog gets flea treatment and deworming.
• Rabies
• All cats require Rabies, Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia

If vaccinations were done recently, dogs must wait at least 7 days before safe to interact with other dogs.

Waiver:

All new clients are required to fill out a waiver and assessment questionnaire for liability purposes and so we can be made aware of any issues, behaviors, personality traits of the dog(s) to have a better understanding of their needs and social skills.

Preferred Reservations:

While understanding life gets busy and plans change, due to safety and size of facility, it is important to only intake a specific number of dogs into the building. It is recommended that people book reservations in advance for their dogs to come to daycare to play. Enough notice or reoccurring spots are accepted if there is enough space. 24 hours notice to cancel is preferred as a cancellation fee will be in effect after 3 times of no notice. And a cancellation frees up space for another dog to come and play.
